We have partnered with different printing partners around the World for the printable items. The warehouse located in the following places-

Q. Where do you ship hardware items from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 7-35 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times may vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. Please keep in mind that currently international shipping is impacted by COVID-19 outbreak. Thanks for understanding.
Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order online from any country, we ship our products Worldwide.
Q. Is shipping comes free?
A. Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on orders over 99$. For a low amount of orders, our shipping charge is just 3.90$.
Q. Where is your company located?
A. We do not have a physical store. We are a group of entrepreneurs building an reliable, trustworthy online business.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us at email@example.com, if you don’t receive one within 24-48 hours.

Q. How can I pay?
A. Right now we accept payments only through PayPal. Via PayPal accounts or Debit Card and Credit Card payments through PayPal.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. We use encrypted technology to keep your payment and customer details safe and secure.
Q. Can my order be cancelled?
A. We try to ship the order as quickly as possible to shorten the shipping time. So, in case you change your mind and you want to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of the order time.
Q. My order has been cancelled by circuitmix- why?
A. We always try our best to fulfil our customers expectation. But in some rare occasion due to inventory shortage or international shipping restriction we might cancel your order without any prior notification. In such cases a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts (if any).
However, we share customer address including email with our vendors for shipping purpose.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
